FairPlus! Overview (Please contact C & K Ventures for current information)

FairPlus! has been designed to handle every aspect of a 4H/FFA/Open Class County and State Fair depending upon the version level purchased. Here are a few features:

•On line instant selection of three year's of all fair data.
•Fair data entry and premiums. Selectable Dept/Div/Class or Div/Class/Lot scheme. Twenty-six million possible class/lot codes. Each class/lot can have it's own unique premium table. Class/Lots can be gathered under methods and proprieties so data input for several class/lots can be accomplished at one time.
•Very elaborate premium tables. As simple as one premium to as complex as up to twelve places with eight different breaks (1st place with 30 items in the class/lot can pay more than 1st place with 5 items in the class/lot) and four awards (both object and money) and percent paid by fair (perhaps a breeding association pays 50% of the premium).
•Enter exhibitors by selecting 4H members (zero data entry tasks), or FFA or Open Class.
•Enter items in class/lots by either clicking to select the class/lot after selecting an exhibitor or by simply clicking on a members project (the system will know the correct class/lot for the project).
•Produce Judging Call Sheets from several points of view and/or by several different sort methods (livestock, name, etc.) Preview call sheets on screen.
•Issue exhibitor back tags via three different methods.
•Very elaborate livestock processing system. The program will automatically transfer items from one class/lot to another based upon entered measurements. Rate of gain calculation. Show books. Show catalogs. Exhibitors lists, etc.
•Judging posting. There are four different methods of posting judging results. Individual item number, Class mouse based posting, Fast auto item presentation posting and C & K Ventures Bar Code system 128 scanner posting. Simply shoot the bar code on the item tag and then shoot the proper placing pattern and you are done. The system allows for a subset of the program to be loaded on laptops and the Judge can, using bar code posting, post the items in the exhibit halls. The data can then later be merged back into the main machine for all media and financial processing.
•Media reports can be produced from several points of view and output in several formats.
•Electronic data transfer of items information to the FairPlus! state fair level program. Print valid state fair item tags for your state fair items with proper state fair item numbers while the items are still in the county, and electronically send the data to state fair. When you get there, you are done, simply let state fair judge the items. No data entry required.
•The system will also handle housing and meal (six different times/locations) for up to seven different state fair sessions. This data is also electronically sent to state fair.
•A full livestock auction section. Setup (several different types of auctions), Appraisals, buyers, Sign Up, Worksheets, Sale orders, Catalogs, Shipping List, Reports, Checks, etc. You can enter and store operation profiles for each kind of auction animal.
•A very versatile financial section. Print checks from many points of view. The system handles checks, voided checks, cash, on grounds fair bank, deposits, discounts, refunds, deductions, Class/Lot fees, and a ton of reports.
•Full backup and restore functions. Two entire folder sets of data files to help with machine hardware failures. A very powerful data loading feature that allows for all class/lot/premium data to be created at one location and shared with all the county fairs.
•A utilities section for setting up many custom use parameters, data removal, password creation and assignment, and a very strong data file viewer for actually looking inside the data base files.

FairPlus! is simply the most powerful county and state fair processing system you can find! Take a look today.
