| The yearly support fee for 4HPlus! is currently $1650.00 The
first year's support fee is included with the purchase of the system. Each
year there after, the support fee is due at the beginning of the year of
usage. What does this support fee cover? The fee covers the cost of all program upgrades, and up to ten hours of custom programming (modifications/changes/additions - if deemed beneficial to all states using the system). This fee also allows for up to three staff in each state to be designated as "State Supporters" granting them the permission to call, email, or fax C & K Ventures for support help. There is no time or incident limit on these support contacts. |
