Are you ready to take your 4HPlus! data system to the next level?

We are please to announce the development of WPS (Web Project Selection).

WPS is a transparent add on feature for 4HPlus! that will allow counties to select projects for members and leaders from a real time web based project depository. This same collection of projects can be updated in real time by the State 4H Office. With WPS, gone are the days of the State 4H Office building a data transfer file containing the most current projects and delivering (via network, email, etc) this file to the counties. WPS also spares the counties from having to recieve this file and process the contents to bring their local project data bases up to date. There is also an increase in information for everyone. When either side (county or state) selects a project, they will instantly be given information in terms of the number of members and/or leaders currently (remember, this is real time!) taking that project for their county and the entire state.

WPS is a product add on. At this time we are projecting a cost of $2000 per state to install and an increase in the yearly support fee of $200 to cover our 1MB DSL service and server storage space costs. We will be hosting this service on our own local server (this was one expensive machine!).

If you feel your state would be interested in WPS, please let us know asap as there will be a significant processing time involved in implementing the service.

Please note: This is an "Add On". Your 4HPlus! will contine to work as it does now in terms of project file corrects and transfers etc.
